MEDWAY GRAPEVILLE FIRE DISTRICT #421

NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Medway

Grapeville Fire District will take place on December 10, 2024 between the hours

of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Medway Grapeville Fire Station 1351 County

Route 51 Hannacroix, New York for the purpose of electing the following fire

district officers:

One Fire Commissioner for a four (5) year term, commencing January 1,

2025 and ending December 31, 2030.

All candidates for a District Office shall be residents of the Medway

Grapeville Fire district #421 and not convicted of any degree of arson and shall

file in writing their name, the position and term they are seeking with the

Secretary of the Medway Grapeville Fire District Secretary and must be actually

received by the Fire District Secretary on or before 5:00 p.m. on November 20,

2024.

Any elector of the Medway Grapeville Fire District #421 who shall be

registered voter with the, Greene County Board of Elections on or prior to

November 18, 2024 and who shall have resided in the Medway Grapeville Fire

District #421 for at least thirty days preceding such election shall be qualified to

vote.
